Actually I think they did. But forgot where I read it. Could it have been you? My memory fails me. What was I going to write anyway?
About three weeks ago the same suggestion was made in L-Orizzont, and a few days later in the Times.
OK, was just checking to see if you were all paying attention... (ahem)
